🧁 Happy Pets – Healthy Pet Cupcakes
Dog AND Cat Friendly
🛒 Ingredients (6 mini cupcakes)
🥚 1 large egg
🎃 ½ cup pumpkin purée (100% pumpkin, no sugar, no spices)
🌾 ½ cup oat flour (finely ground oats)
🥜 1 tablespoon peanut butter ❗ xylitol-free
🥥 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
🧂 ½ teaspoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
💧 2 tablespoons water (if the mixture is too thick)
👉 This ratio ensures your cupcakes:
✔︎ Are moist, not dry
✔︎ Fully cooked inside
✔︎ Keep their cupcake shape
👩🍳 Instructions
✔︎ Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
✔︎ Mix all ingredients until smooth
✔︎ Fill mini cupcake molds ¾ full
✔︎ Bake for 15–18 minutes
✔︎ Let cool completely before serving
✔︎ They should be firm on the outside and soft on the inside
✔︎ If a toothpick comes out clean → they are ready

✔︎ Plain unsweetened yogurt (dogs)
✔︎ Pumpkin purée only (cats)
