Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and select international countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at support@happyourpets.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Please note that not all products are available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Some items, especially those containing lithium batteries or other restricted materials, may require special carriers.
Delivery to these states may take up to 20 days or longer during high demand periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we always aim to provide the best service possible.
Processing Time
✔ Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
✔ During peak times or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
✔ Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and product availability:
Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Economic Shipping: 8-15 days
Some items may arrive sooner, in 3–5 business days
✔ Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

✔ Standard Shipping: $6.90 flat rate/ Economic Shipping: $3.99 flat rate
Canada
✔ Free shipping on orders over $55 CAD
✔ Standard shipping: $12 CAD for orders below the threshold
European Union and Other Countries
✔ Free shipping on orders over $65 USD
✔ Standard shipping: $10 USD flat rate for all other orders
Order Tracking
✔ Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking information may take a few hours to become available.
Customs and Duties
✔ Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s regulations.
✔ Please check with your local customs office if you have concerns.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. This allows us to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package via email. Delivery times may vary between shipments depending on the fulfillment location and carrier.
Rest assured that all items in your order will be delivered, even if they don't arrive at the same time.
Amazon Logistics for Faster Delivery
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we occasionally use Amazon's logistics network to expedite shipping of your products. This means your package may arrive in an Amazon-branded box or with Amazon packaging, but rest assured it is your order from Happy Pets. We do this to provide you with the best service and the fastest possible delivery times.
