Shipping Options and Rates

United States

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $45.
  • Economy Shipping: Flat rate of $6.90 for orders under $45.

Canada

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $65.
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12 for orders below $65.

European Union

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $85.
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12 for all other orders.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Some items may qualify for expedited delivery (3–5 business days).
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Note: At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction with our pet products.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Process

To initiate a return or file a claim, please visit our Claims and Returns page. Complete the form provided, and our team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending back your item.

Please note: Items sent back without completing the form and receiving prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your pet product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pet products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items (e.g., custom pet collars or tags).
  • Used pet products (e.g., bedding or toys that show signs of use).
  • Items on sale or purchased with a gift card.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, contact us at returns@happyourpets.com

European Union Customers

For customers in the EU, we honor a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.
